Sabina Weaver received her BS in Exercise Science in 1991, followed by her Masters in Physical Therapy from Neumann University in 1998. She quickly found her passion in pelvic floor therapy and was certified in 1999. Sabina has been treating in Greenville since 2004, specializing in pelvic pain and dysfunction in women, men, and children. She received extra training in children’s urology and is one of only a few therapists in the Upstate that specializes in men’s pelvic health, including prostate care. She is also certified in dry needling to relieve muscle tightness and soft tissue pain. Her passion and enthusiasm motivates her patients to work hard, giving them a hope of a healthier life that quickly gets them back to the activities they enjoy. In her spare time, Sabina enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children. She is also passionate about her faith, friends, fitness, and work.
Sabina Weaver, MSPT, provides specialized treatments including dry needling, biofeedback, myofascial release, and pelvic floor therapy to meet each individual’s needs, both mind, body, and spirit.
Vasilka Mateva-Kostova came in 2004 upon the long road to the Upstate area of South Carolina from Bulgaria. She graduated from Carolina School of Massages and Wellness Center with a license in Massage and Bodywork Therapy. She has a deep passion for therapeutic massages and she uses her intuition and education to provide her clients with the most effective treatment, and believes that the connection between the client and their therapist is the most important component in a positive massage experience. Her passion and love for massage began as a child, as she could relieve her father of headaches. She began practicing on friends and family and they encouraged her to attend massage therapy school as she possessed a natural gift to massage. You will not be disappointed by her natural and gifted touch.

As a fitness professional, Sarah is always eager to helping others with their fitness goals. Whether your goals are small or large, she has the passion to help. Sarah graduated 2017 with an Associate’s Degree in Kinesiology/ Exercise Science from Lansing Community College in Lansing, Michigan. She became a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2018 and works currently as a trainer at Sports Club Express in Simpsonville.
In her time at Sports Club she has touched the lives of over 100 people, of all ages and goals. She also teaches a Sit and Be Fit class at the club, which she has done for over a year. Her main values as a trainer is honesty and integrity. She believes in telling the truth and that when you work hard, you get the desired results. Sarah has been complimented many times on how she has helped changed people’s lives to becoming more independent, stronger and healthier – ranging from being able to get off medications to being able to sit down and stand up with no pain.
Holy Yoga Instructor and Owner of Beloved 1 Studios
Originally from San Diego but longtime resident of Greenville, SC, Lindsey Vaught is a huge advocate of all things renewable. She demonstrates that in her work as Director of Operations at Raywell Solar Greenville, Commercial Project Manager at Global Solar Energy Atlanta, and as Owner/Operator and 225 hr. Holy Yoga Instructor at Beloved 1 Studios. The Lord went to great lengths to rescue Lindsey and her family and she strives to live as a testimony of his kindness and grace. Holding a AAA in missions, as well as a BA and MS in Biblical Counseling, she sees her life and ministry as an exercise in stewardship, from the bodies, hearts and lives of those around her, to the solar fields she works in. Lindsey uses Holy Yoga as a tool to minister alongside SWITCH SC, an organization that helps rescue those coming out of human trafficking. She loves skydiving and the best compliment you can offer her is to call her friend.

Heidi has been a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine since June 2011, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Charleston Southern University (2013) and is certified as a Medical Exercise Specialist through the American Council on Exercise (2015). Heidi is also a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and enjoys helping her patients transition from therapy to an active lifestyle incorporating fitness and wellness. She is excited to continue educating and instructing through SilverSneakers classes at His Therapy. Heidi loves spending time with her husband Thomas, visiting Disney World and the beach. Her favorite workouts include running, strength training, walking, tennis, HIIT and yoga.
