Certified Holistic Health Coach
Over the years, Chris DeHollander studied nutrition with a passion and slowly shifted to eating a whole foods diet. It wasn’t until the year 2008, when a running injury kept her from exercising, that she had my true life-changing transformation. After trying several therapies unsuccessfully for a year and a half, she turned to nutrition for healing. Chris ditched the processed foods and dove into studying about healing the body using food as medicine. She started juicing, making kale salads and gave up coffee and sugar. Chris followed the Hallelujah diet for 3 months and for the first time in her life, she experienced energy all day long, enthusiasm for life, deep sleep, great digestion, and lost “the last 5 lbs”. She just couldn’t believe what true health really was. Chris wanted to help everyone she knew (and didn’t know) experience the same thing. So, she decided to leave her former career as a Structural Engineer and do just that.
Vasilka Mateva-Kostova came in 2004 upon the long road to the Upstate area of South Carolina from Bulgaria. She graduated from Carolina School of Massages and Wellness Center with a license in Massage and Bodywork Therapy. She has a deep passion for therapeutic massages and she uses her intuition and education to provide her clients with the most effective treatment, and believes that the connection between the client and their therapist is the most important component in a positive massage experience. Her passion and love for massage began as a child, as she could relieve her father of headaches. She began practicing on friends and family and they encouraged her to attend massage therapy school as she possessed a natural gift to massage. You will not be disappointed by her natural and gifted touch.
