Ionic Foot Detox Baths We have had many requests for foot baths, and we are happy to announce that we officially have someone to perform them! These Ionic foot detox baths work by drawing out negative toxins that are stuck in your body, through your feet. This process lasts about 30 minutes, and it is very relaxing. We ask that you call our office ahead of time, or make an appointment for your foot bath so that we can have everything ready for you! Jennifer will be our associate doing the foot baths, so make sure to ask for her available times!
HOLY YOGA Yoga is such a healthy, relaxing, and helpful exercise to add to your routine. Yoga is made even better and more meaningful when it is mixed with religion. We love Holy Yoga, so we are having Lindsey lead a class Thursday nights from 7pm-8pm. There is a possibility we will be adding another class in the near future! We have a package price for yoga that is $99 for nine sessions. Walk-ins will be charged $13 per session. This class is expected to fill up quickly, so we do ask that anyone planning on joining needs to call and RSVP. This will be an amazing way to start your Saturdays, so don’t miss out!
Originally from San Diego but longtime resident of Greenville, SC, Lindsey Vaught is a huge advocate of all things renewable. She demonstrates that in her work as Director of Operations at Raywell Solar Greenville, Commercial Project Manager at Global Solar Energy Atlanta and as Owner/Operator and 225 hr. Holy Yoga Instructor at Beloved 1 Studios. The Lord went to great lengths to rescue Lindsey and her family and she strives to live as a testimony of his kindness and grace. Holding an AAA in missions, as well as a BA and MS in Biblical Counseling, she sees her life and ministry as an exercise in stewardship, from the bodies, hearts and lives of those around her, to the solar fields she works in. Lindsey uses Holy Yoga as a tool to minister alongside SWITCH SC, an organization that helps rescue those coming out of human trafficking. She loves skydiving and the best compliment you can offer her is to call her friend.
ADDITIONAL SENIOR EXERCISE CLASS So many people have enjoyed our Tuesday and Friday Senior Exercise classes, so we decided to add another. Starting on June 22nd, Heidi Dean will be leading another Senior Exercise class! These classes will be every Monday from 11:30-12:30. Classes are free if you are a Silver Sneakers member, and $5 for walk-ins. Call our office or visit our website for more information.
Heidi has been a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine since June 2011, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Charleston Southern University (2013) and is certified as a Medical Exercise Specialist through the American Council on Exercise (2015). Heidi is also a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and enjoys helping her patients transition from therapy to an active lifestyle incorporating fitness and wellness. She is excited to continue educating and instructing through Senior Exercise classes at His Therapy. Heidi loves spending time with her husband Thomas, visiting Disney World and the beach. Her favorite workouts include running, strength training, walking, tennis, HIIT and yoga.

Water is one of the most vital substance that our body needs- but did you know there are different kinds of water? We offer both Akaline and Acidic water. Alkaline is for drinking, and Acidic is for washing your hands, face, and body.What is Alkaline water? Alkaline water is water that has been ionized, which means the pH level of water has been increased. The pH level is what measures how acidic or alkaline a substance is. Alkaline water has increased hydrogen and thus provides better hydration.

We just got new water cards to make it as simple as possible for you to get what you need. We offer Alkaline water by the half gallon and gallon. If you bring your own container it is $3 a gallon. If you do not have a container, we have gallons ($11) and half gallons ($9) for purchase. Our water cards have the option of being $15, $30, or $60. This way, you make a one-time purchase for the card and just come on in for your water! Ask our front desk for a water card, or any further info!
